Your application

The application opens on Tally, a separate form service. It asks for your name, email address and a brief description of what you would like to work on. Your answers are used to review your application and contact you about mentorship.

Please keep your answers brief. Do not include medical histories, financial documents or identifying details about other people.

Submitting the application does not add you to a newsletter, take payment or reserve a place.

Your assessment and workbook

The personality questionnaire and practice workbook calculate or prepare results in your browser. Their code does not send your answers to Jon, a testing provider or an AI service. They do not use browser storage to retain your answers. There is no automatic save. Browser behaviour can vary; use the clear button when you finish on a shared device.

You can download a text copy to your device and choose what to share with Jon using your agreed contact method. Downloaded files remain on your device until you remove them. If you share a copy, it becomes part of your private coaching record. Keep downloaded copies secure, especially on shared devices.

The hosting service may process ordinary technical access information. The local questionnaire is not a promise of anonymous web browsing.
